Shipping Times and Info

We generally aim have your order ready to ship within 7 days of purchase, though most ship much sooner. All of our orders are shipped from London.  We offer Standard Ecomony Service and Courier Express Service. Please note: These are estimated typical dates for shipping and international shipping speeds may vary.


STANDARD ECONOMY SERVICE:

Shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class from London. This service is very economical and efficient, but does not provide a tracking number, or traceable service.   International Airmail times can be a little unpredictable, so we offer the option to purchase Courier Express services. We strongly encourage customers to purchase Tracking for swift secure delivery to international destinations.

To the USA: Royal Mail Airmail 1st Class, 5-12 business days approximately.  (Up to 3-4 weeks is still normal.)

To the EU: Royal Mail Airmail 1st Class, 3-5 business days approximately.

To Canada, Australia, and other Worldwide: Royal Mail Airmail 1st Class, 7-10 business days approxmately.  (Up to 3-4 weeks is still normal.)

To the UK: Royal Mail 1st Class, Generally next business day.


COURIER EXPRESS SERVICE:

We offer an excellent international Express Service via DHL.  Your parcel is Tracked, Insured, and arrives within 2-3 Business Days of our shipping date, guaranteed, Worldwide. You can track your COURIER EXPRESS order at www.interparcel.com, your tracking number will be sent with you shipping confirmation email.

To the USA: 80% arrive next day, 2-3 Days Guaranteed.

To EU, Canada, Australia, and other Worldwide: 2-3 Days Guaranteed

Within the UK: We offer Next-Day services via UPS or Citylink.


PACKING:

Flat items are packaged with cardboard in a plastic mailer, Large Art Prints and Giftwrap sheets are rolled, and all Art Prints are protected with a cellophane sleeve for safe shipping. We use plastic, water-resistant envelopes for most items, and padding on fragile goods for good measure.


GIFTS:

A note with your personal message is complementary with any order, just email us with your desired message.  Gift wrapping service is available on request.
